Job summary

Pivot Energy is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager in Denver to lead and scale our AP function. Reporting to the Controller, you will oversee a small team, drive automation and AI-enabled workflows, and collaborate with Accounting, Procurement, Construction, and IT to optimize processes.

The ideal candidate has a track record of managing high-volume, multi-entity AP operations and implementing ERP/workflow technologies while developing high-performing teams for growth and change.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-volume, multi-entity AP departments.
• Proven track record implementing ERP and workflow technologies.
• Experience managing organizational change and developing teams.
• Ability to drive process optimization, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Accounts Payable function and supervise a team of up to three.
• Drive process optimization and system enhancements.
• Implement automation and AI-enabled workflows.
• Partner with Accounting, Procurement, Construction, IT and other functions.
• Support ERP implementations and build a best-in-class AP organization.
