Hadrian, pioneers in autonomous manufacturing, seeks an Accounts Payable Manager to lead and scale our AP function across multiple entities. You will own end-to-end AP, develop the AP team, and standardize controls while driving efficiency in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

You will oversee invoice processing, vendor onboarding, month-end close, and system integrations with NetSuite and Ramp, ensuring accuracy and compliance across locations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years accounts payable experience with team leadership.
• Experience owning full-cycle AP in multi-entity settings.
• Strong knowledge of PO/non-PO invoicing and vendor onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP team and develop specialists; manage workload for high_invoice_volume.
• Own end-to-end AP process across entities and locations.
• Standardize policies, workflows, and internal controls; drive centralization.
• Own AP systems configuration and data integrity (NetSuite, Ramp).
• Manage vendor onboarding, 1099s, and month-end close activities.
• Monitor metrics and collaborate with Finance for cash flow and reporting.
