Job summary

Pivot Energy is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead a high-volume AP team and drive scalable processes. You will optimize invoice processing, payment execution, and vendor management while partnering with IT, procurement, and construction teams on ERP implementations.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in multi-entity AP, ERP systems, and AI-enabled workflows, with a strong focus on internal controls and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and scaling an Accounts Payable organization.
• Expertise in ERP systems, AP automation platforms, OCR technology, AI-enabled workflows.
• Experience with internal controls, processes, and AP governance.
• Strong leadership, project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Direct all Accounts Payable operations, including invoice processing, PO matching, payments, and month-end close.
• Lead a team of AP professionals; establish KPIs and service levels.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Ensure compliance with policies, controls, audits, and vendor requirements.
