Pivot Energy is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead our AP function as the company scales. Reporting to the Controller, this role oversees a small team and drives process improvements, ERP optimization, and AI-enabled workflows to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has deep experience managing high-volume, multi-entity AP operations, implementing ERP and automation projects, and developing strong controls and business partner relationships across Accounting,

Qualifications

• Experience leading and scaling an AP organization.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development skills.
• Expertise in ERP systems, AP automation, OCR, AI workflows.
• Experience with process improvement and system implementations.
• Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of AP professionals.
• Set KPIs, service levels, and drive performance improvements.
• Develop scalable processes and cross-training plans.
• Oversee invoice processing, PO matching, payments, vendor data, and close.
• Ensure compliance and strong internal controls.
