Job summary

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to oversee daily AP operations and lead a high-performance team. The role reports to the Sr Manager – Financial Shared Services and is based on-site in Fargo, ND or Coralville, IA.

The position focuses on building a scalable AP function, maintaining strong internal controls, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and accuracy in financial processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field OR minimum 3 years of related Accounts Payable experience.
• 1+ year of experience managing people.
• Experience supporting month-end closing, accrual preparation and financial reporting activities.
• Experience with SAP, D365 or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the Accounts Payable team with hiring, training, evaluations, and discipline.
• Harmonize standardization of AP processes, policies, controls, and metrics across operating companies.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.
• Collaborate with Senior Manager, Global Controller, and stakeholders to drive process improvements.
• Review and approve payments, invoices and adjustments within authority levels.
