Job summary

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to oversee daily AP operations and lead a team based in Coralville, IA or Fargo, ND. This on-site role focuses on standardized processes, controls, and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency.

You will manage month-end close activities, ensure compliance, and partner with finance leaders to support scalable, accurate financial reporting across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or 3+ years of AP experience.
• 1+ year of experience managing people.
• Experience with month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Experience with SAP, D365 or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Accounts Payable team with hiring, training, evaluations and discipline.
• Harmonize AP processes, controls, and metrics across operating companies.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.
• Partner with senior leaders to support operational excellence and process improvements.
• Review and approve payments, invoices, and adjustments within authority levels.
