Job summary

BioIVT is seeking a Manager of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to oversee the AP/AR departments, ensure adherence to policies, and guide staff in processing invoices, collections, and credits. This role emphasizes accuracy, timely payments, and collaboration with executives.

The position requires accounting leadership experience, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with ML/ERP; prior knowledge in biotechnology/manufacturing is a plus.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Accounting or related field; or equivalent.
• Demonstrated progressive experience in management or supervisor roles.
• Five to Seven years of experience in public/private accounting preferred.
• Biotechnology or manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the AP/AR departments.
• Process invoices, payments, and maintain records.
• Manage AR collection activities including statements and disputes.
• Review and approve customer credits within established limits.
• Ensure payments are made in accordance with policy and timeliness.
• Prepare and present AP/AR reports to executives.
