Job summary

Majors-Management, LLC in Lawrenceville, GA is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead AP and purchasing card functions for a multi-site property and asset management company with 400+ entities. You will supervise a four-member AP team and own the full procure-to-pay cycle, including DocuWare and Bill.com processes.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on accounting with strong controls, multi-entity discipline, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years AP experience, including 2+ years supervising staff.
Experience with multi-entity accounting and 1099 reporting.
Strong GAAP knowledge, accruals, cutoff, and reconciliations.
Advanced Excel skills (XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, pivots).
Excellent communication with vendors and senior leadership.
Experience with DocuWare and Bill.com / BILL Spend & Expense.

Responsibilities

Supervise and develop four AP team members; set priorities, workload, and goals.
Manage end-to-end AP including DocuWare invoicing and approvals.
Oversee purchasing card program, spend analytics, and month-end close.
Maintain vendor master data, 1099 compliance, and intercompany reconciliation.
Audit and improve controls to prevent fraud and ensure accurate allocations.
