Qualifications

• BS in Finance or Accounting.
• 3+ years managerial experience.
• 3+ years accounts payable/accounting experience.
• Yardi experience preferred.
• ERP experience.
• MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, travel & expense, and corporate card purchasing functions.
• Oversee 3–4 direct reports and approve payments and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely payments in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors and departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Support annual audit requests and compliance obligations.
