Job summary

Fred Finch Youth & Family Services is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager in Oakland, CA. The role oversees AP operations, manages the AP team, and ensures timely, accurate payments while upholding internal controls and supporting the organization’s financial objectives.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of four years in AP-related roles, with at least two years in supervision, and experience with automated accounting systems and bank reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field, or B.A./B.S. in other area of study, plus accounting coursework.
• Minimum four (4) years in accounts payable, expense reimbursement, or claims management.
• At least two (2) years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Experience with automated accounting systems and bank reconciliations.
