Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive accounts payable experience.
• 5+ years in a supervisory/management role.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and offshore resources.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end AP lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a team of Accounts Payable professionals, including FTEs and contractors, to achieve high operational standards.
• Oversee performance reviews, training, and onboarding to ensure efficient team operations.
• Manage vendor inquiries, disputes, and payment-term negotiations.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities and financial reporting.
• Implement internal controls and process improvements within AP.
