Job summary

Relativity Space, Inc. is seeking a senior Accounts Payable leader to own end-to-end AP processes, drive metrics, and mentor a growing team in Long Beach, CA. Youll optimize PO/non-PO invoicing, oversee 2- and 3-way matching, and push automation initiatives across finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in accounting or finance-related field.
• 6+ years in Accounts Payable or accounting operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• 3+ years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end procure-to-pay processes (PO/Non-PO, 2 & 3-way matching, payment execution).
• Experience implementing AP automation, OCR, or AI-enabled invoice processing tools.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel; familiarity with invoice automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AP — intake/entry (PO & non-PO), 2/3-way matching, payment runs, aging.
• Lead the AP team; manage priorities, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
• Track AP metrics (on-time rate, cycle time, match rate) and document scalable processes.
• Manage vendors & partners; resolve disputes and forecast cash payments.
• Champion AP automation; partner with Systems/Data to adopt new capabilities.
