Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead a 4-6 person AP team responsible for high-volume, end-to-end accounts payable operations. You will oversee invoice processing, payments, supplier maintenance, escalations, and reporting, while ensuring SOX controls and internal controls are maintained.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable or Shared Services experience.
• 2+ years leading or managing AP teams.
• High-volume, end-to-end AP operations experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and AP workflow/automation tools.
• Strong knowledge of SOX, audit requirements, and internal controls.
• Experience using KPIs and service levels to manage team performance.
• Process improvement and AP automation experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s in Accounting or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 4-6 person AP team.
• Ownership of the full AP lifecycle, from invoices and suppliers through payments and escalations.
• Oversee invoice processing, payments, supplier maintenance, escalations, and reporting.
• Ensure SOX controls and internal controls are followed.
• Drive workflow improvements and AP automation; partner with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Accounting, Operations, FP&A).
