Job summary

Relativity Space is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable leader to own end‑to‑end AP processes, including PO and non‑PO invoicing, payment runs, and vendor management. You will lead a growing AP team, drive performance metrics, and implement AP automation and AI‑enabled processing solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or finance, 6+ years in AP, and at least 3 years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or finance.
• 6+ years in Accounts Payable or accounting operations in a fast‑paced environment.
• 3+ years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong end‑to‑end P2P knowledge including PO/non‑PO invoicing.
• Experience driving AP performance metrics and improvements.
• Familiarity with AP automation, OCR, or AI‑enabled processing tools.
• Proficient with ERP systems and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own Invoice Payment: end‑to‑end AP – intake/entry, 2/3‑way matching, payment runs, aging.
• Lead the AP Team: set priorities, provide feedback, conduct reviews and training.
• Drive Performance: monitor metrics and document scalable processes.
• Manage Vendors & Partners: resolve disputes, coordinate with Supply Chain and others.
• Champion AP Automation: drive automation/AI use cases with Systems/Data teams.
