Healthcare Services Group, Inc is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead the AP team at the Corporate Office in Bensalem, PA. The role focuses on directing AP workflows, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining internal controls within a confidential environment.

You will oversee vendor payments, expense reporting, and ad hoc analyses while coordinating with the Accounts Payable Director and SVP of Finance. The position is onsite with focus on process excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or similar discipline.
• Three years Accounts Payable experience and at least two years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization and with external partners.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Prepare reports for other departments and management; strong analytical skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage AP workflow and team to ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and employees.
• Ensure internal control procedures are understood and followed by the team.
• Oversee expense reporting software, reporting and reconciliations.
• Review vendor invoices and spend to identify discrepancies and timing issues.
• Communicate with vendors and employees on a timely basis.
• Review and reconcile vendor statements and apply correct coding.
• Manage AP settlements from multiple checking accounts; perform reconciliations.
• Familiar with W-9 and 1099 processes.
• Produce weekly and monthly AP aging reports.
• Approve cash disbursements (ACH/EFT, checks, wires, credit cards).
• Lead a team of ~15-20; report to SVP of Finance.
