Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is currently seeking to fill the position of Accounts Payable Manager to join our growing Corporate Team in Bensalem, PA!

Position Title: Accounts Payable Manager

Department: Accounting / Purchasing

Reports To: Accounts Payable Director

Status : Exempt/ Full Time

Location : Corporate Office (Bensalem, PA)

Position Summary

The Accounts Payable Manager manages all activities without the Accounts Payable Department. The Manager provides direction and guidance to the Accounts Payable Supervisors and Administrators processing timely vendor invoices, vendor payments, credit card processes, expense vouchers while maintaining accurate records and control reports. The Accounts Payable Manager prepares purchase journals, spend analysis reports for various internal and external departments, and ad hoc reports as requested. Coordinates training to administrators on accounts payable and the program/purchasing teams.

The Accounts Payable Manager we are hiring, will be joining a dynamic and team-oriented department who is looking for someone to make an immediate impact. The Manager ensures that projects/ department goals are met and processes are effectively followed. Must have extensive knowledge of the A/P department and Vendor processes. Individuals must be extremely trustworthy as they will have access to confidential information on a daily basis.

• Manage the AP Workflow and team to ensure timely and accurate payments to all Vendors and Employees.
• Ensure all internal control procedures are understood by the team and they are performed as required.
• Oversee administration Expense reporting software, including reporting and accounts reconciliations.
• Reviews and analyzes vendor invoices and weekly/monthly spend to track out of periods or missed transactions.
• Must communicate & follow up effectively with all vendors and Employees on a timely basis.
• Review vendor statements and reconcile missed invoices and identify discrepancies and credits.
• Reviews and codes vendor invoices to ensure correct coding and their timely processing
• Manage AP Settlements from multiple checking account, process, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Must be familiar with digital vendor files (W-9) and 1099 processes
• Weekly & monthly AP aging reports
• Reviews cash disbursements and approves settlements for Banking ACH/EFT, Checks, Bank wires and Credit cards if needed
• Manage accounts payable and program analyst team of approximately 15-20 and their workflow.
• Communicates all activities to SVP of Finance.
