Qualifications

• Experience with accounts payable and general ledger processes.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities; presentation skills essential.
• Experience supervising and developing accounting staff.

Responsibilities

• Managing monthly closing of financial records and posting of month-end information.
• Preparing and recommending operating and personnel budgets; monitor spending and variances.
• Selecting and hiring employees.
• Training and evaluating employees to enhance performance and development.
• Addressing performance issues and making recommendations for personnel actions.
• Motivating and rewarding employees including salary increases, bonuses, and promotions within budgets.
