Responsibilities

• Collaborate with vendors, purchasing teams, branches, and warehouse staff to resolve AP exceptions
• Review vendor statements and aging reports to ensure timely payments
• Handle escalations and complex AP problem-solving
• Partner with offshore processing teams to resolve inquiries
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Analyze AP data using advanced Excel functions
