Based in Washington, DC, this hybrid role requires in-person collaboration at least 40% of the time with flexibility for remote work. The salary range is $116,100-$148,400 with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in accounts payable.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Progressive accounting experience with US GAAP.
• Proficient in Concur and AP systems.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, ensure correct coding and approvals.
• Manage weekly cash disbursement and 1099 tax prep.
• Lead the AP team and conduct performance reviews.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve issues.
• Ensure month-end close for Accounts Payable.
• Oversee vendor setup, terms, and banking details.
