Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in accounts payable or accounting; 1+ year leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of AP operations, internal controls, and audits.
• Experience in high-volume, multi-entity environment.
• ERP experience with Sage Intacct; Ramp experience preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and AP tracking.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across the organization.
• Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the full accounts payable cycle from processing invoices to payments.
• Lead and develop a team of AP professionals with coaching and feedback.
• Maintain vendor master data and resolve disputes to optimize terms.
• Oversee weekly payment runs with strong controls and fraud prevention.
• Manage month-end close activities, accruals, reconciliations, aged payables.
• Support procure-to-pay processes and cross-functional collaboration.
• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with AP-related requirements.
• Handle U.S. 1099 reporting and other AP duties.
