Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead AP activities at our Ontario, California location. The role focuses on managing AP processes, ensuring policy-compliant disbursements, and guiding the AP team in a shared service setting across the enterprise.

The successful candidate will have 7+ years in AP supervisory roles, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and hands-on experience with Lawson ERP, OnBase, and Brainware.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in accounts payable supervisory experience in an integrated enterprise shared service environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Lawson ERP, OnBase and Brainware.

Responsibilities

• Manages interactions for Accounts Payable team members with Prime Hospital leadership and stakeholders.
• Serves as the single point of contact for AP matters when the Director is unavailable.
• Suggests, documents, and implements AP process improvements.
• Ensure accurate disbursements per policy and procedures.
• Assist in design and development of AP shared service functions for the ERP system.
