Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead AP processes across our Ontario, CA operations. You will document controls, supervise staff, and ensure accurate disbursements in line with policy while partnering with procurement in the ERP environment.

Responsibilities include designing AP/Procurement workflows in the enterprise ERP, reviewing invoices for compliance, and driving process improvements in a large shared service setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AP supervisory role, 2+ years in shared service.
• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field.
• Experience with a large ERP system; procure-to-pay knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement and document accounts payable processes and procedures; suggest and implement process improvements. Ensures accurate and appropriate disbursements in accordance with PHSI Accounts Payable Policy & Procedures Manual. Assist in design and develop Accounts Payable and Procurement function in the enterprise ERP system. Reviews and verifies accuracy and policy compliance of invoices and other requests for payment.

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years in accounts payable supervisory function, with 2+ years in integrated enterprise shared service environment.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field strongly desired.
• Experience with large ERP system required.
• In-depth knowledge of end-to-end procure to pay and accounts payable functions and protocols.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill who can work independently and complete assignments with minimal supervision

Preferred qualifications:

• Lawson or Onbase experience preferred

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $75358.40 to $99590.40 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
