Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to ensure accurate disbursements in line with internal policies and procedures. The role involves reviewing invoices, verifying policy compliance, and processing payments using ERP systems and MS Office.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), strong organizational and analytical skills, and experience in a hospital or healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Required qualifications: High School Diploma. (Bachelor degree preferred).
• Extensive knowledge of Accounts Payable practices, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Good understanding of ERP database and general computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Well-developed organization skills to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Strong analytical skills and detailed oriented

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $23.46 to $26.75. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
