The ideal candidate has 5+ years of AP experience, prior leadership or training experience, and is comfortable adapting to changing priorities in a high transaction environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of accounts payable experience
• Experience leading, training, or providing guidance to AP team members
• Experience in a high-volume AP environment
• Strong understanding of invoice processing, GL coding, purchase orders, approvals, and vendor management
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to the accounts payable team
• Lead AP-related month-end close activities, reconciliations, aging review, and reporting
• Manage vendor inquiries and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
• Review and process high-volume invoices accurately and within established deadlines
• Ensure appropriate coding, approvals, documentation, and supporting information are maintained
• Monitor incoming AP requests and help ensure invoices and inquiries are addressed in a timely manner
• Partner with Accounting, Finance, Operations, and other internal teams to resolve issues
• Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records
• Identify opportunities to improve AP processes, workflows, and overall efficiency
• Support documentation of procedures and best practices within the AP function
• Assist with ongoing process changes and accounting initiatives as needed
