Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in Accounts Payable or related area.
• 3 years supervisory experience.
• 5+ years in Accounts Payable or related area.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience producing AP metrics and KPIs.
• Experience merging multiple data sources and drilling down data.
• Experience with AP software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead AP team and processes, including three-way-match and employee reimbursements.
• Oversee vendor payment reconciliation and issue resolution.
• Promote financial policies and best practices for purchasing and reimbursement.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and scorecards to manage AP operations.
• Monitor end-to-end payment process and resolve issues.
• Support payroll/GL postings and software interfaces as needed.
• Train staff and develop reporting capabilities for AP leads.
