Job summary

CFS in Orlando, FL, is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead day-to-day AP operations, maintain payment processing, compliance, and internal controls. You will partner with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, and business stakeholders across the organization.

The role offers exposure to 1099/1042-S reporting, sales and use tax, unclaimed property, and opportunities to drive automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of Accounts Payable, accounting, or financial operations experience.
• Strong background in AP controls, GL reconciliations, vendor disbursements, tax reporting, and expense management.
• Experience leading process improvement, automation, or operational enhancement initiatives within Accounts Payable.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Accounts Payable operations, including vendor payments, documentation, compliance, and reporting.
• Oversee AP-to-General Ledger reconciliations and support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Manage employee Travel & Expense and Procurement Card activity for policy adherence.
• Administer 1099/1042-S reporting, sales and use tax requirements, and unclaimed property processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and enhanced AP controls.
