Job summary

Kforce is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager in Rockville, MD to lead the day-to-day AP operations and manage a team of AP professionals. The role focuses on full-cycle AP, accurate invoice processing, timely payments, and strong vendor relationships in support of internal controls.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of AP experience, 2+ years in leadership, and solid ERP and Excel skills. Excellent communication and team leadership abilities are essential to drive process

• 2+ years of AP leadership or management experience
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle AP and accounting processes
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
