Job summary

CFS in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead critical AP operations, ensure payment processing accuracy, and uphold internal controls.

You will partner with Accounting, Treasury, Tax and business stakeholders, drive automation, manage Travel & Expense and Procurement Card programs, and oversee 1099/1042-S reporting and tax compliance to support scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Accounts Payable, accounting, or financial operations experience.
• Strong background in AP controls, GL reconciliations, vendor disbursements, tax reporting, and expense management.
• Experience leading process improvement, automation, or operational enhancement initiatives within Accounts Payable.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Accounts Payable operations, including vendor payments, documentation, compliance, and reporting.
• Oversee AP-to-General Ledger reconciliations and support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Manage employee Travel & Expense and Procurement Card activity for policy adherence.
• Administer 1099/1042-S reporting, sales and use tax requirements, and unclaimed property processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and enhanced AP controls.
