We are working with the Controller of a Technology company based in New York, NY. They are looking for a dynamic Accounts Payable Manager to join their team. This company offers a competitive salary w/ benefits including a hybrid work schedule, unlimited PTO, and fully paid medical insurance!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review and verify proper general ledger coding for all payables including employee expenses
• Review and set up payments, including monthly contract manufacturers’ payments and intercompany funding
• Book journal entries for other payable activity such as intercompany funding, domestic payroll, or reimbursements from vendors
• Supervise a small team of A/P specialists

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience including some supervision
• Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Exposure to any ERP system
