About the Role

Our client seeks a dynamic, high‑energy Accounts Payable Manager to lead the transformation of their AP function. This is not a routine back‑office role — you’ll be at the forefront of automation, process improvement, and vendor relationship management, driving efficiency and innovation across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• This is an individual contributor role designed to lead the implementation and full automation of the accounts payable function.
• Administer the company’s P‑Card program, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and effective usage.
• Manage and strengthen vendor relationships, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments.
• Collaborate across departments on projects that improve financial operations and enhance business performance.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows, controls, and reporting.
• 4+ years of progressive accounts payable experience, with a strong technical understanding of AP processes.
• Proven ability to lead projects and implement automation tools.
• Experience administering P‑Card programs, Expense reporting, and managing vendor relationships.
• Strong analytical skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
