A staffing solutions firm is seeking a Recruiting Team Lead in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will manage financial documentation, oversee a small team, and have a solid understanding of Accounts Payable processes. This full-time position offers competitive pay and a hybrid work environment, requiring presence in the office over four days a week.

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years in a management position.
• Strong understanding of General Ledger system and Accounts Payable processing.

Responsibilities

• Review and record invoices from vendors to ensure accuracy in billing.
• Process expense reports from employees.
• Identify discrepancies and elevate in appropriate manner.
• Have knowledge of approved vendors and policies to avoid paying unauthorized invoices and expenses.
• Maintain 1099s and generate report at year end.
• Lead a team of 3-5.
