Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
• 3–4 years of accounts payable or accounting experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience managing teams and improving AP processes.
• Knowledge of accounting practices and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Manage Daily AP Operations: ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve past-due items.
• Lead month-end close for AP and supervise AP staff.
• Oversee imaging, scanning, and document control of invoices.
• Ensure compliance with policies and accounting standards.
• Mentor staff and support cross-divisional growth.
• Collaborate with Purchasing to strengthen buy‑to‑pay processes.
