Job summary

AllSTEM Connections is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Lead with 7+ years of progressive AP experience and leadership/supervision capabilities to join our San Jose, CA team. The role focuses on overseeing AP activities and ensuring accurate vendor reconciliations.

You will manage ACH/Wire reporting, support system enhancements in JD Edwards, and contribute to team metrics, reporting, and UAT testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Strong AP, T&E, Excel, and Word experience.
• Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles; JD Edwards experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage AP activities, vendor statement reconciliation, and reporting.
• Handle ACH/Wire callback reporting, analysis, and validation.
• Execute job/project transfers within JDE ERP.
• Prepare team metrics and management reports.
• Support UAT testing and system enhancement projects.
• Assist with additional accounting projects as needed.
