Responsibilities

• Understand departmental metrics and strive to meet productivity measures.
• Design, implement, and improve processes for departmental efficiency.
• Create and distribute department-level reporting for management.
• Manage ongoing and ad hoc projects.
• Perform AP duties: processing invoices and payments, vendor setup, tax verification, year-end reporting, and discrepancy resolution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
