Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 5+ years of related experience (or equivalent).
• Associates degree in Accounting / Business Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mentors non-supervisory AP personnel, including training and assigning new duties.
• Supports AP Supervisors and covers supervisory duties in their absence.
• Understands departmental metrics and strives to meet productivity measures.
• Designs, implements, and improves processes for departmental efficiency.
• Creates and distributes department level reporting for management.
