O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an AP Supervisor to mentor the AP Merchandise team and resolve accounts payable issues. You will oversee invoice entry and payments for replenishment merchandise and coach staff to maintain strong accuracy and service.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and ensuring adherence to AP procedures, with focus on delivering exceptional internal and cross-departmental service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, email, 10 key by touch and keyboard; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment.
• Excellent customer service, organization and communication skills.
• Must be able to work independently and make decisions within Accounts Payable guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workload and monitor team member productivity.
• Coach, train, and mentor staff while setting an example of the O'Reilly Culture.
• Oversee invoice entry and payment process for replenishment merchandise.
• Lead resolution of AP discrepancies and identify process improvements.
