Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
• 5 years of AP experience with hands-on processing and vendor management.
• Solid understanding of GAAP, GL coding, and account reconciliations.
• Experience setting up payment forms (ACH, wires, checks).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the AP staff and develop the team to ensure efficiency.
• Oversee day-to-day AP processing and weekly payment runs.
• Maintain vendor master data and ensure proper tax documentation.
• Ensure invoices have appropriate approvals before payment.
• Lead projects to improve AP and purchasing processes.
