Job summary

IQE plc in Taunton, MA is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join the US finance shared services team. You will process high volumes of invoices, manage payments, and assist with month-end close.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of AP experience, strong Excel skills, and a solid understanding of double-entry accounting. NAV experience is a plus; excellent communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar Accounts Payable role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Office suite.
• Understanding of double-entry accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Process 300–350 invoices per month across two sites.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare bi-weekly payment schedules and ACH/Wire batches.
• Assist with month-end close and travel/expense reimbursement processing.
• Maintain vendor master data and respond to vendor inquiries.
