Job summary

IQE, a leading global supplier of compound semiconductor wafers, seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist for the US finance shared services team. You will process 300–350 invoices monthly across two sites and support month-end close. You will maintain vendor records, prepare ACH/Wire batches, reconcile statements, and assist with audits.

Strong Excel, double-entry accounting knowledge, and English proficiency are required; NAV experience is a plus. On-site role in Taunton, MA.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a similar role required
• Understanding of double-entry accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• NAV experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Process 300–350 invoices per month across two sites
• Process supplier payments and ACH/Wire batches
• Assist with month-end close and related entries
• Maintain vendor records and respond to vendor inquiries
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Support audits and internal controls
