Quantexa is a global leader in AI-powered Decision Intelligence. We are seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our finance team and help ensure suppliers are paid accurately and on time while maintaining data integrity.

You will work in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment and support the Procure-to-Pay process across multiple currencies and entities. Ideal candidates bring experience in AP, strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable or similar transactional finance role.
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, positive, collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of supplier invoices with accuracy and proper coding.
• Perform three-way matching of invoices to POs and receipts.
• Prepare and process weekly payment runs for multiple currencies and entities.
• Act as primary point of contact for supplier queries and resolve issues.
• Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist the AP team with month-end close and accruals.
• Champion best practices by promoting use of P2P systems across the business.
