Job summary

QTS is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist in Overland Park, KS to manage timely and accurate invoice processing, payments, and related reporting. The role supports our finance team and collaborates with vendors to resolve billing issues.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in AP, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP/PO modules, with a focus on accuracy and process improvement. Equal opportunity employer; benefits and accommodations available.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar function.
• Experience in Excel, large ERP software experience or other Accounts Payable & Purchase Order modules.
• Understanding of purchase order and receipt matching process.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and payments timely and accurately
• Follow-up on statements and supplier issues
• Assist field with invoice questions
• Special projects and reporting using Excel and other applicable systems
• Complete accrual schedules
• Assist with audit requests
• Process checks, credit card and ACH payments
