• Minimum of 2 years' experience in an office or accounting environment preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Process intercompany billings and monthly reconciliations of intercompany accounts.
• Process accounts payable transactions and communicate with vendors for timely payments.
• Prepare weekly accounts payable check runs with supporting documentation.
• Maintain organized AP records, including scanning, uploading, naming, and filing.
• Reconcile vendor statements weekly and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing requested records.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Quality, Engineering, and subsidiaries to support accounting activities.
• Ensure activities comply with AS9100/ISO policies and report deviations to management.
