Job summary

MediLodge of East Lansing is seeking an Accounts Payable/Receptionist to support the accounting team and front-office operations. You will handle invoice processing, vendor communications, and daily office tasks in a resident-centered care environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with accounts payable and invoice processing.
• Proven ability to communicate with vendors and facilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and office software.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Receives and verifies invoices from the facilities.
• Ensures proper COA coding and accuracy in records.
• Run reports as directed by accounting team.
• Maintain vendor files and payment history.
• Process payments to vendors as directed.
• Communicate with vendors and facilities about payables.
• Conduct special projects as assigned.
• Keep patient and employee information confidential.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
