MediLodge of East Lansing is seeking a part-time Receptionist to provide general office support and handle communications. The role supports daily operations, routes calls, manages mail, and assists with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth front-desk operations.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 2 years of office experience, and strong communication and computer skills with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of experience in an office environment required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills preferred.

Responsabilités

• Receives and routes a high volume of calls through the switchboard and directs messages.
• Maintains the office supply inventory and orders supplies as needed.
• Assists with faxing and copying as needed.
• Sorts, distributes, and manages mail and shipments.
• Greet visitors and direct accordingly; assist office manager with tasks.
