This role handles the full lifecycle of vendor invoices, payments, and related accounting tasks to support manufacturing operations. You'll collaborate with Operations and Customer Success to ensure accurate customer invoicing, participate in monthly and year-end close, and help strengthen controls while contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Strong Accounts Payable background required.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the full Accounts Payable process from vendor invoices to payments.
• Support customer invoicing with Operations and Customer Success teams.
• Contribute to monthly and year-end close activities and journal entries.
• Assist with reconciliations, accruals, and other general accounting projects.
• Improve financial controls and processes where possible.

Who You Are:
