Responsibilities

• Process and enter accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Create purchase orders in Aspire and QuickBooks.
• Audit vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage and monitor the AP inbox.
• Obtain approvals for non-PO invoices.
• Reconcile online payments and daily retail accounting.
• Assist with accounts receivable tasks as needed.
• Support month-end close activities.
• Coordinate with inventory and operations teams to ensure timely invoice processing.
• Prepare cash-on-delivery freight payments.
