Abbott in Westford, Massachusetts, is seeking an Accounts Payable Finance Associate to handle full purchase cycle processing and related accounting duties in an onsite role within the Finance team.

You will process invoices, perform 3-way match, ensure proper documentation, prepare weekly payments, manage supplier accounts, and support month-end close while maintaining internal controls and high-volume accuracy.

Formación

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years experience in Accounts Payable; General Ledger; Epicor experience a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in high-volume environment with tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Process invoices for entry to ensure prompt payment.
• Perform 3-way matching of invoices.
• Review invoices for documentation and approvals prior to payment.
• Enter invoices for payment and ensure proper month-close expensing.
• Prepare weekly payments by check and mail with supporting documents.
• Maintain filing and storage of invoices and payment records.
• Set up and maintain supplier accounts in ERP; verify tax documents.
• Respond to supplier/intern inquiries about invoices and payments.
• Research, track and resolve issues and discrepancies.
• Reconcile and enter monthly corporate purchasing card statements.
• Process Sunshine Act payments in the database.
• Support internal controls related to the purchasing cycle.
• Assist Finance team with various office tasks as needed.
