Job summary

Getty is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to process, review, and verify invoices and related documents, ensuring accurate payments. The role collaborates with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and payment issues efficiently.

The position involves handling PO and non-PO invoices, keeping precise records, and supporting month-end closings. Strong Oracle AP skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• 5+ years of accounting support experience.
• Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience using Oracle Accounts Payable (11i and/or R12).

Responsibilities

• Process PO and non-PO invoices, verify sales and use tax and withholding as required.
• Review invoices for documentation and 2-way/3-way matching against POs/receipts.
• Route invoices through workflow and investigate exceptions.
• Prepare daily pay cycles (checks, ACH, ePayables, Zelle, wires).
• Prepare weekly travel and expense processing.
• Communicate and resolve AP inquiries with suppliers and Getty staff.
• Reconcile supplier statements and past-due invoices.
• Support month-end closing and SOP documentation.
