Job summary

Teach Plus is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to support day-to-day accounts payable activities, expense reimbursements, and vendor setup. You will help maintain accurate records and ensure payments are processed timely for audit-ready finance.

You will collaborate with staff and vendors, review expenses, and code transactions accurately within our finance systems to support grant compliance and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• Experience processing accounts payable, expense reimbursements and vendor setup.
• Strong eye for detail and accuracy in coding transactions.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounts payable activities and expense reimbursements.
• Review corporate credit card expenses and ensure proper documentation.
