Qualifications

• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop, Excel, and Word.
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting activities.
• Prepare vendor payments by accruing expenses, obtaining payment approvals, reconciling vendor accounts, and administering payments.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Receive, code, post, and scan daily deposits.
• Research, track, and resolve accounting discrepancies and documentation issues.
• Prepare and mail A/P checks and maintain scanning priorities.
• Assist with journal entries and bank reconciliations.
